Pushing yourself to the limit isnt always a good thing to do==
Today I played basketball for abt 3 hrs+
And got cramped on both my calves. Shit.
I think I am sunburnt too.
My neck-and-shoulder joints are all feeling ached ==
Worst still, I am having headache.
Ckck. Is this a result of lack of fitness or incompetency on my part?
