Need to STOP Had basketball session last saturday morning again. My shooting feeling came back. Always like this. After match finish then got feeling == Ok, and anywho. I NEED TO STOP DREAMING ABOUT BASKETBALL AND START WORRYING ABOUT O LEVEL ==' Stop stop stop. All I've been thinking in class were sometimes about how Allen Iverson do crossovers and some Derrick Rose videos I watched yesterday. Come on come on. O level first. Basketball can have plenty of its time afterwards. NOW LET'S STUDY FOR SPA!!!!! =.='' Wednesday, 5 August 2009
Both satisfied and disappointed... Okay, inter-class basketball has ended.... And I'm officially limping again == Right calf got cramp... 4e1's semi-final was again unlucky. We had to play with the most aggressive team present... Mars was able to get back in action though. Even if he didnt play full strength. It was a rough match. First incident. An opponent was rushing through an empty lane to make a lay-up. I automatically stood in front of him, thinking that maybe I could get offensive-fouled or at least fouled him to force him a free-throw. The next thing I know, I was knocked out on the floor. That guy was lying on bags at the sideline, face and body all red. I heard people saying "Wah, u wanna dunk ah? haha". O_O After that they all got rough. Second thing, Liaowei suddenly fell down. His right shoulder seemed to get sprained. He officially was out of that match.... Our team was less effective in both offense and defense without him. But luckily, we scored quite a lot before that, and ended the first quarter with the other team 2 points only I think, if I'm not wrong. Second half, everybody got rough. My hand got slapped few times. == nvm that. Referee didnt notice I think. Mars and Archie were marked aggressively as well. Alan was good. He stood like a wall even after few opponents tried to bang onto him. That was funny. Haha. Opponents team scored quite a lot in second half. But we managed to withstand the pressure. Phew. We won by 5 pts. So 4E1 entered final, with Liaowei injured. Next was 4e3. Friendly match. Haha. Nobody got agitated. All had fun. Only sometimes Archie too 'kan-chiong'. Ckck... == Then in the middle of 2nd half I had calf cramp when I jumped. We were almost dead ==. Although Liaowei entered the match to help, he didnt manage to score. Not in best condition.... Barnabas, Archie, and Mars worked hard here and there to bring our difference to 1 point behind 4E3. Sadly, Archie and Bas missed a lot of lay-ups. Bas missed a lay-up in last 10 second of 2nd quarter and that effectively made 4E3 won. Haha. Nobody blamed him. We all had a great game. But still, you know, losing by 1 point was VERY heart-wrenching. Hiks. T______T Anyway, all 4e classes dominate the top 3. Good matches, everyone xD |
